The quartet known as Hipbone is an infectious groove band made up of the following members:

Aaron Bittikofer - Stand Up Bass, Electric Bass, Vocals

Brion Snyder - Organ/Keyboard, Guitar, Vocals

Chris Bentley - Sax, Guitar, Vocals

Kevin Brock - Drums

These guys have exactly what it takes to make you "shake your thang!"  Couple their irresistable groove with their meaningful lyrics and you have that special something that all bands strive for but so few achieve.  Not only can they lay down a totally funky groove, they are just as capable of creating beautiful improvisational jazz soundscapes.  I managed to catch them at the Paleo Sun in Wilmington, NC one night and was blown away buy their sheer talent in this area.  If you guys are reading this PLEASE do this more!!!  An early set of  this at Peasants would be greatly appreciated.
